These programs will be seen at four different productions by hundreds of people.  This is a great way to advertise to a local audience. September 7th.................................................Tryouts

  1. *   Dancers must be in Level 2 or above

  2. *   Fill out Try-out form and bring to tryouts at time your level is assigned with your $5.00 registration fee.

September 9th (Monday).......................................Cast List posted by 6:00pm

September 9th - September 14th............................No Rehearsals

September 10th.....................................................Virtual Parent Non-Meeting

*   Drop off money and volunteer form between 4:00 and 7:00 in the alley between Studio B and D

  1. * Nutcracker Volunteer form must be returned with $35.00 Nutcracker Costume Fee in order to participate

September 16th......................................................Rehearsals Start

October 5th...........................................................T-shirt and sweat orders due.......order forms on line

October 5th...........................................................Photo Orders due....see photo order forms on line for details

October 5th..........................................................Turn in dyed shoes (this is for Mice, Maids, Buffoons,

                                                                                        Candy Canes, Soldiers, Pages and Gingerbread)

October 12th..........................................................Picture day....see schedule on line

October 14th..........................................................Cover art entries due....give to your teachers

Fall Break..This year the only rehearsal between October 14th and 19th is Snow & Waltz on Tuesday October 15th

October 26th..........................................................Sweats and Pictures Pick up

*    Between 1:00pm and 4:00pm in the Nutcracker Basement between Studio C and Studio D

October 26th....1:00pm to 4:00pm..........................Ticket Packets due

There is no longer a white board at the studio for updates so you need to check on line for current information.

The calling committee will send out e-mails and text messages and phone calls as needed for reminders and any changes that occur.

DVD order forms can be downloaded on line and mailed directly to our provider at any time.
